Toxicology in Denmark is practiced at universities and sectorial institutions as well as private companies. Toxicology in Denmark has a long history initially in relation to pharmacology and now also in environmental and occupational health. The Danish Society of Toxicology and Pharmacology certifies European Registered Toxicologists.
