Research focus: General practice research, everyday life with multimorbidity and developing participatory methods in health care research.
Currently engaged in a research project focused on age-related vision impairment and a weight neutral research intevention.
Expertise within human-centred design, co-design and user-driven health innovation. In-depth theoretical knowledge as well as analytical experience with working with participatory design methods in health and science education. My experience has given me an eye for spotting connections and working with holistic approaches across traditional disciplinary boundaries. I’m skilled at managing democratic involvement processes and emphasizing nuances as well as identifying main trends in a complex data-material.
My research experience includes projects within primary care, community health promotion, complex intervention research, patient-centred healthcare, the experienced patient burden, multimorbidity, exhibition design and science communication. The overarching frame being a qualitative and participatory toolbox of methods, including creative methods such as graphic facilitation and design games.
